Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your Korean beauty products!

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Face masks that have been opened

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs may apply)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
