Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW

1.We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened
  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original sealed packaging

Opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.


2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of product and packaging
  • Description of issue

We will offer replacement or refund after review.


3. CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Skin reactions
  • Personal preference
  • Products used after opening

4. RETURN PROCESS

Contact us to initiate a return.

Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval.

Return instructions will be provided after review.


5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers pay return shipping unless:

  • Product was wrong
  • Product was defective
  • Product arrived damaged

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless our error caused the return.


7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original packaging

8. PRODUCT INSPECTION

All returned items will be inspected before approval of refund or replacement.

We may reject returns that do not meet conditions.


9. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must provide correct address details.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


10. PATCH TEST DISCLAIMER

Customers should perform a patch test before use.

We are not liable for allergic reactions where products are not defective.


11. DELIVERY COMPLETION

Delivery is considered complete once confirmed by courier tracking at the provided address.
